Draft Schedule

From deep dives to campfire musings, Earth skills to social organizing, GREEN ROOTS catalyzes regenerative transformations!

Immersion Experiences
Take a deep dive into permaculture, natural building, or connecting with the land. These 2-day intensive courses, taught by local experts, will take place at Kelly’s Working Well Farm (Th-Fri, Oct16-17). For more information go to Multi-Day Immersions.

Youth Activities
At the GRC kids mini-camp (Th-Fri, Oct16-17), participants (ages 5 and up) will learn outdoor skills in a self-directed style at Kelly’s Working Well Farm. Older youth may participate in Roots Rising. Look for stand-alone kids and family offerings on Saturday as well.
A la Carte Workshops
On Saturday, October 18 at the Family Life Center in Chagrin Falls, Green Roots will offer standalone workshops. Choose from dozens of offerings over a broad range of topics: fiber arts and food preservation, gardening and foraging, to name a few.
Opportunities to Connect
Attendees of Saturday’s events will share a farm-to table dinner, followed by music and dancing. Extend the community building by camping out at Kelly’s Working Well Farm with other convergence goers. Space is limited.

Designing Our Future Together
On Sunday, participants will engage in a series of conversations about how we can connect, cooperate, and collaborate to transform the culture and economy of the GLESS. Luncheon and celebratory activities will follow.
